This upside down stone and granite structure which overlooks the courtyard from the first floor through our beautiful Paulownia Tomentosa – Foxglove tree, fuses traditional Cornish features with modern home comforts.

The building has a plethora of original features such as granite staircase and elevations, exposed roof trusses and ceiling beams.

The HAY LOFT also offers the largest private DOG SAFE garden area of all our cottages.

The HAY LOFT now offers a fully fitted kitchen with fully integrated appliances, king bed topped with an EVE Award Winning Hybrid mattress and  dressed with luxury white cotton bed linen,  ensuite complete with luxurious walk in shower tiled in reclaimed 17th Century Delabole slate, a large vanity unit and LED mirror with de-mister pad, mood lighting and bluetooth connection, heated towel rail and super soft cotton bath sheets plus bathrobes and slippers.

The HAY LOFT has a wood burning stove, full gas central heating and hot water.

Lounge, dining and bedroom furniture has been sourced from RECLAIMED together with fantastic new sofas, accent and dining chairs supplied by Peppermill Interiors.

The Hay Loft boasts private broadband WiFi, 2 large screen HD Smart TV’s, bluetooth soundbar, DAB radio and a coffee pod machine.

THE HAY LOFT also has its own private 2/3 person Spa Hot Tub, outdoor dining furniture, barbeque and firepit – contained within a large private garden area. THE HAY LOFT, as with all our cottages, will be fully dog friendly.

CAN'T SPEAK MORE HIGHLY OF OUR STAY Absolutely fantastic stay, dog friendly, the owners Oliver & Sam are amazing and lovely. We stayed in The Hay Loft, it was cosy, has every amenity, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer room, even have a doggy bathtub, very well presented. We had our own little garden with a hot tub, patio furniture, bbq, and wifi. It's centrally located with no more than a 20ish minute drive to most tourist areas, and St Ives is roughly 15min away. Can't speak more highly of our stay here. I would recommend highly that if you're looking into visiting the area, this would be a great place to stay
